When you have zipped you car file ready to send in you can drag and drop your text file into same zipped file.

if i make a skin next week can someone make it into a text file if i send a pic of the skin to them and thay send it to tnbanger skins

You need to convert your skin into a tex.file
you do this by saving your skin as a tga.file and then converting it to tex.file with the tga to tex file converter
Also make sure that when you save your skin as a tga that it is 512x512 size only otherwise it will be all wrong.
Once you have converted it you rename the tex.file as CAR196 and then zipp it up and send via the wonderful world of email.
